1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or otherwise accessing Grind Lord (the "Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Game. The Game is intended for users who meet the minimum age of digital consent in their jurisdiction.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Grindcoins & Virtual Items

Grindcoins, worker characters, ranks, and any other in-game item ("Virtual Items") are licensed to you for use within the Game only. Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be purchased with real currency, sold, traded, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or any other item of value, whether inside or outside the Game, unless explicitly enabled by us in writing. We may adjust, reset, or remove Virtual Items at our discretion, including for balance or technical reasons.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for unfair advantage; use bots, scripts, or automation to interact with the Game; harass other users; attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Game; or use the Game for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

5. Intellectual Property

The Game, including its characters, names, artwork, code, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Game beyond the limited license to use it as intended.

6. Disclaimers

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular game balance, feature, or outcome will be maintained.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game, including loss of progress or Virtual Items.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be highlighted where reasonably possible.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Game and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for other operational reasons, with or without notice.

10. Governing Law
